OVR Program

Horizon Health partners with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment.

Through personalized vocational guidance, job readiness training, and ongoing support, the OVR program empowers clients to reach their career goals while overcoming barriers related to physical, mental, or emotional challenges.

Our team works closely with OVR counselors and local employers to ensure each individual receives the tools, accommodations, and opportunities needed to succeed in the workforce. 

Getting started is simple—interested individuals can contact Horizon Health to begin the process and schedule an eligibility screening with an OVR counselor. Once approved, clients work closely with their team to develop a customized employment plan and receive ongoing support, training, and job placement assistance tailored to their goals.
