At Horizon Health, our mission extends beyond treatment for our clients. We’re here to serve the whole community. Our Community Support Services are designed to address basic needs, promote independence, and connect individuals with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
Food Pantry
Our on-site food pantry offers free resource bags to anyone in need. Available to the public with no referral required, it's one more way we’re working to reduce food insecurity in our communities—one bag at a time.
Clothing Resource Room
Everyone deserves access to clean, comfortable clothing. Our clothing room provides free, gently used clothes for children, teens, and adults in a respectful, judgment-free space.
Employment Services
We offer personalized support to help you prepare for and find meaningful work. Services include resume help, interview coaching, job referrals, and support for second-chance employment and reentry.
Harm Prevention Services
Our harm prevention team provides education and resources to reduce risks associated with substance use. Services include access to naloxone (Narcan), safe use supplies, and HIV/Hepatitis C testing.
OVR Program
In partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), we support individuals with disabilities in preparing for, securing, and maintaining employment with confidence and independence.

Transportation Services
No ride? No problem. We offer transportation to and from appointments, helping you stay consistent in your care—without worrying about how you'll get there.
Childcare Services
You can focus on your recovery while we care for your little ones. Our state-certified childcare centers in London and Gray provide a safe, nurturing environment for children ages 1 to 5.
In-House Labs
Our on-site, CLIA-certified labs provide fast, reliable results. That means less time waiting and fewer outside appointments for lab work or screenings.
Employment Support
We offer job readiness training, resume help, and interview prep to support long-term independence. Our team connects you with real opportunities and local employers.
