Behavioral Health Services
Our Behavioral Health Services are designed to address the full spectrum of mental health and substance use challenges. From individualized counseling to intensive outpatient programs and trauma-informed therapies like EMDR and A.R.T., we provide personalized, whole-person treatment for adults and youth.
Focused Support Services
Focused Support Services are available to Horizon Health clients and are designed to remove barriers to progress. From case management and peer mentoring to youth and family services, our team works alongside you to create stability, build resilience, and help you reach your personal goals.
Community Support Services
Our Community Support Services are open to the general public and focus on meeting essential needs with dignity and care. From free food and clothing to employment help, transportation, harm prevention, and certified childcare, these programs support everyday well-being for individuals and families.
Childcare Services
Horizon Health offers state-certified childcare at our Gray and London locations to support parents on their recovery journey. Our childcare centers provide a safe, nurturing environment for children ages 1 to 5—making it easier for clients to attend appointments without worry.
Training & Education Center
Horizon Health’s Training and Education Center offers a range of certification and skills-based programs designed to empower individuals with the tools they need to succeed in today’s workforce and in service to their communities.

Transportation Services
No ride? No problem. We offer transportation to and from appointments, helping you stay consistent in your care—without worrying about how you'll get there.
On-site Labs for UDS
Our on-campus labs provide fast, accurate drug testing and diagnostics without sending clients off-site. With certified, high-quality testing, we make treatment more seamless and accessible.
Childcare Services
You can focus on your recovery while we care for your little ones. Our state-certified childcare centers in London and Gray provide a safe, nurturing environment for children ages 1 to 5.
Employment Support
We offer job readiness training, resume help, and interview prep to support long-term independence. Our team connects you with real opportunities and local employers.
Food Pantry
Our on-site food pantry offers free resource bags to anyone in need. Available to the public with no referral required, it's one more way we’re working to reduce food insecurity in our communities—one bag at a time.
Clothing Resource Room
Everyone deserves access to clean, comfortable clothing. Our clothing room provides free, gently used clothes for children, teens, and adults in a respectful, judgment-free space.
