Comprehensive Outpatient Care
Horizon Health offers Comprehensive Outpatient Care through our #WholePersonApproach. We provide Individualized Treatment Plans, Dual Diagnosis, Evidenced-Based Practices, Mandatory Counseling and a 24/7 Crisis Hotline.
In-House Lab & Testing
By having a state-of-the-art lab on-campus we are able to remove an extra burden of travel on our clients and provide an exact reading for providers within minutes.

Horizon Health has received CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) Certification for on-site labs at our London and Williamsburg facilities!
These are a set of standards administered by three government agencies. These agencies are Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
A CLIA Lab is required to be certified according to CLIA standards before it can accept samples for diagnostic testing. Labs can obtain multiple CLIA certificates, based on the diagnostic tests that they carry out. This certificate is issued after a government inspection that finds the lab to be compliant with all CLIA requirements.
On-Site Child Care Services
Horizon Health is one of the first state certified day care centers in a MAT treatment center.
No one should have to choose between treatment and childcare. Horizon Health offers child care services for our clients so they can focus on recovery without having to worry about their children being in a safe, nurturing environment.
Transportation Services
Transportation is the number one barrier to treatment in our rural community. As part of our commitment to removing these barriers, Horizon Health is proud to provide on-demand transportation services for our clients.
Transitional Housing
Horizon Health provides transitional housing for select clients, so they can focus on recovery without having to worry about being in a safe, substance-free environment.
Individual & Group Therapy
Many of our individualized treatment plans include individual therapy sessions aimed at helping our clients determine the cause of addiction and identifying any triggers.
Group addiction counseling provides therapy that allows members to receive emotional support, insight, and feedback from individuals with similar life experiences.
